Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Accepting incoming telephone & give good information service to what do at needs consumer
- Handling customer complaint with every consideration
Qualification & Experience:
- Male max 30 years
- Min D3 any major (IPK minimal 2.75)
- Are not deep college term
- Can utilize computer (Internet & office’s Microsoft)
- Can bekomunikasi properly, not cadel, and doesn’t get patois / gets dialect
- Have the honour working shifting and works overtime
